About the Role

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you'll be the frontline defender against loss and theft in your store or assigned locations. This full-time position focuses on identifying and preventing incidents of fraud and shrink through proactive monitoring, investigation, and collaboration with store leadership. You'll leverage surveillance technology and loss prevention systems to protect Home Depot's inventory and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify potential theft, fraud, and policy violations
• Investigate loss incidents using available tools and exception reporting systems
• Support implementation and compliance of store safety and environmental programs
• Work across single or multiple store locations to minimize financial loss
• Document findings and report to management with actionable insights
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive loss prevention matters
