About the Role

As a Stocker at Saratoga, you're central to our store's success. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across various shifts while building practical retail skills. You'll develop expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service—all essential to keeping our customers satisfied and our store operations efficient.

What You'll Do

• Stock merchandise on shelves quickly, neatly, and efficiently throughout the store
• Rotate products on shelves to maintain proper inventory rotation and freshness
• Unload delivery trucks and efficiently break down pallets
• Learn to read product tags and information systems
• Build organized and visually appealing product displays
• Receive training on operating point-of-sale and cash register systems
• Work flexible, varied shifts to support store operations and customer traffic patterns
• Maintain a professional, courteous approach when interacting with customers and colleagues
