About the Role

This is a full-time receptionist position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, insurance prospects, and team members, managing the flow of our office while supporting our State Farm agent and agency team. This role combines customer service excellence with administrative support to keep our operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and clients with professionalism and warmth, answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the State Farm agent and agency staff
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization
• Process insurance policy inquiries and provide general information about State Farm products
• Maintain accurate records and assist with office coordination and communication
• Support team members with clerical duties and customer-facing needs

• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor with customers and colleagues
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment
• Proficiency with computers and office software
