Truck Driver Company – OTR – Dry Van

U.S. Xpress - OTR is hiring CDL-A Over-the-Road Truck Drivers in Orem, Utah. If you have 1–5 months of OTR truck driving experience, a strong driving record, and want to run dry van freight with predictable home time while earning up to $1,500 weekly, we're looking for you.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for experienced OTR drivers who want consistent work and reliable home time. You'll operate a dry van hauling no-touch freight, with a proven schedule of 28 days on the road followed by 5 days at home—the kind of predictability that lets you plan your life.

What You'll Do

• Drive dry van freight over-the-road, averaging 2,000 miles per week
• Haul exclusively no-touch freight with strong safety practices
• Maintain a consistent 28-days-out / 5-days-home schedule
• Meet all DOT compliance and company safety standards
• Coordinate professionally with dispatch and manage your logistics

What We're Looking For

• Current CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• 1–5 months of OTR truck driving experience
• Ability to commit to full-time over-the-road work
• Focus on safe driving and on-time delivery
• Reliability and strong professional communication

Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: 52–56 cents per mile (CPM) based on your experience
