Remedial Action Discipline Leader

CDM Smith is hiring a full-time Remedial Action Discipline Leader to lead environmental remediation programs in Makakilo, Honolulu. In this role, you'll oversee the remedial action discipline, guiding experienced teams through complex site restoration projects that protect environmental and community health.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the remedial action team on project delivery and technical standards
• Develop and oversee remedial action plans that meet regulatory requirements and client objectives
• Manage technical strategy for environmental remediation initiatives and contaminated site restoration
• Build and maintain client relationships with environmental agencies and project stakeholders
• Drive quality assurance, project schedules, and successful delivery
• Support proposal development and capture of new remedial action opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Background in environmental engineering, civil engineering, geology, or related discipline
• Substantial experience managing environmental remediation and remedial action projects
• Knowledge of remediation technologies, environmental regulations, and project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups
