Senior Data Product Manager

Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC is hiring a Senior Data Product Manager for our Distribution Business Intelligence team in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead data strategy and insights that directly drive sales excellence and client outcomes.

About the Role

In this senior-level position, you will pioneer a data-as-a-product approach within our distribution organization. You'll develop and execute comprehensive data strategies that transform how our sales teams access, understand, and act on business intelligence. This role bridges Distribution and Technology teams, making you the strategic connector who ensures data infrastructure serves real business needs and drives measurable results for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for distribution data initiatives across the organization
• Build scalable data infrastructure and analytics capabilities that empower sales teams with actionable insights
• Partner with Distribution leadership to identify key business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with Technology and Engineering teams to architect, design, and deliver robust data platforms and dashboards
• Establish metrics and KPIs that measure the impact of data products on sales performance and client satisfaction
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar leadership role, with a track record of delivering data or analytics products
• Deep understanding of distribution, wealth management, or investment operations (or equivalent complex, client-facing business domains)
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to partner effectively with engineers and data scientists
• Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen; ability to connect data insights to bottom-line impact
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience)
