Denovo Review is hiring a Florida-barred civil litigation attorney for a flexible part-time contract role in business and estate law, fully remote across the United States. This position offers experienced attorneys the opportunity to work on diverse legal projects with flexibility and professional engagement.

About the Role

In this contract position, you'll work directly with one of our clients, handling a wide variety of legal drafting assignments across business law, transactional work, and estate planning. All work is completed remotely, giving you the flexibility of a part-time arrangement while contributing to meaningful legal projects.

What You'll Do

• Draft and revise commercial agreements and business transaction documents
• Prepare transactional materials across multiple business contexts
• Develop estate planning documentation and related legal materials
• Collaborate with clients and supervising counsel to refine documents for accuracy and compliance
• Apply Florida legal standards to all work product

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida bar license (required)
• Working knowledge of business transactions and commercial drafting
• Working knowledge of estate planning law and documentation
• Strong legal writing and analytical capabilities
• Self-directed work style suited to remote contract engagement
• Commitment to accuracy and professional legal standards
