About the Role
Our manufacturing operations in Bellefontaine depend on skilled technicians who keep our production equipment running smoothly. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the center of that operation, providing preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and facility systems. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment throughout the facility

- Troubleshoot and program PLC systems to resolve operational issues
- Install new equipment and components according to specifications
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and equipment failures with urgency
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
- Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to prioritize work and resolve operational challenges
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
