SUD Clinician – Traugott Terrace

CCSWW is hiring a full-time SUD Clinician to join our team at Traugott Terrace in Seattle, Washington. This is an opportunity to make a direct difference in clients' lives by providing evidence-based clinical treatment for substance use disorders within a mission-driven community organization.

About the Role

As a Substance Use Disorder Clinician at our Seattle location, you'll deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals navigating addiction and recovery. Working within a supportive clinical environment, you'll blend clinical expertise with compassionate care to help clients build sustainable pathways forward.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with substance use disorders
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support client recovery goals
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and participate in ongoing clinical supervision
• Connect clients with community resources, social services, and recovery support networks
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust therapeutic approaches based on client response and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field
• Current professional licensure appropriate for clinical practice in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for addiction
• Strong assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to working with diverse, underserved populations
