What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with substance use disorders Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support client recovery goals Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and participate in ongoing clinical supervision Connect clients with community resources, social services, and recovery support networks Monitor treatment progress and adjust therapeutic approaches based on client response and outcomes What We're Looking For Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field Current professional licensure appropriate for clinical practice in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) Demonstrated experience working with individuals with substance use disorders Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for addiction Strong assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills Commitment to working with diverse, underserved populations About CCSWW Catholic Community Services of Western Washington serves individuals and families throughout the region by addressing housing instability, behavioral health needs, and social determinants of health.
