About the Role

As Shift Supervisor, you're the operational heartbeat of our coffeehouse during your shift. You'll oversee daily operations, mentor your team, and maintain the hospitality standards that make Starbucks a welcoming community gathering place. What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor baristas and team members, building a positive, collaborative work environment
• Manage shift operations including inventory tracking, ordering, stock replenishment, and supply management
• Uphold quality standards in every beverage, ensuring consistency and craft excellence
• Deliver responsive customer service, addressing concerns with empathy and resolving issues thoughtfully
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety protocols
• Support store financial performance by contributing to achievement of revenue and efficiency goals
• Train new team members and provide ongoing development coaching to strengthen team capabilities
