About the Role
As a Precision Assembler, you'll be the backbone of our manufacturing operation, performing detailed assembly tasks that demand accuracy and care. Working the second shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday), you'll integrate components, follow precise technical specifications, and ensure every product meets stringent quality standards before it reaches healthcare professionals and patients.
What You'll Do
- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and assembly machinery
- Verify assembly accuracy against detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Perform quality inspections and testing at each assembly stage
- Maintain organized workstations and document all work activities
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Alert supervisors to any equipment issues or quality concerns
What We're Looking For
- Strong manual dexterity and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions accurately
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for second shift operations
- Willingness to work in a structured manufacturing environment
