About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects. What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of heavy civil projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout
• Lead daily operations and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members on-site and in the office
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and on-time delivery
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
• Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to senior leadership
