About the Role
As a team driver with Transco Lines, you'll operate a commercial truck across regional and long-distance routes, rotating driving responsibilities with your partner to maximize safety and efficiency. This role requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver License and a commitment to the professional standards our customers expect.
What You'll Do
- Manage truck operations and cargo transport in partnership with your assigned team member
- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Navigate varying road and weather conditions while upholding our safety-first culture
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
Compensation & Benefits
Team drivers at Transco Lines can earn up to $220,000 annually. We offer flexible home time—returning home as often as weekly—so you can balance your career with family and personal life. A sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates.
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid CDL-A license with air brakes endorsement
- Minimum required driving experience, typically 2+ years of team or solo driving
- Clean driving record meeting company and DOT standards
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to safety and on-time delivery
- Reliable, professional attitude toward your routes and equipment
