Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

Stand Together is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Arlington, Arlington County team in a full-time role. We're seeking a strategic data expert to drive impact through digital marketing analytics and insights that help our philanthropic community reach changemakers and amplify solutions.

About the Role

As Senior Digital Marketing Analyst at Stand Together, you'll translate complex marketing data into actionable strategies that strengthen our ability to connect partners with funding, thought leadership, peer networks, and resources to tackle America's most pressing challenges. Your work will directly support how we reach and engage changemakers across education, economic opportunity, community resilience, and civic engagement.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards tracking KPIs across digital channels to measure reach, engagement, and conversion effectiveness
• Analyze audience behavior and campaign data to identify trends, optimize targeting, and recommend improvements to marketing and communications strategy
• Conduct statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation on digital campaigns and messaging to maximize engagement with donors and organizational partners
• Develop attribution models and reporting frameworks that clarify marketing impact on partner acquisition, community growth, and mission outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, program, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into analytical requirements and measurable results
• Build automated reporting processes and data pipelines to improve team efficiency and data accessibility across the organization
• Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive landscape within the philanthropic and social change sectors to inform strategic direction

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital analytics experience in a professional setting
• Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or equivalent tools
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities; Python or R experience is advantageous
• Proven ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Experience designing multi-channel attribution models or marketing analytics frameworks
• Strong project management, documentation, and communication abilities
