About the Role

As an Outside Property Claim Representative Associate, you're the face of Travelers in the field. You'll travel to claim sites across Corona and Riverside County, assess damage directly, and guide customers through the claims process with professionalism and care. This position combines investigative work with genuine customer service—no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

• Investigate property damage claims by visiting properties and conducting thorough damage inspections
• Interview claimants and witnesses to document the circumstances and extent of losses
• Photograph and measure damage, collect evidence, and document findings systematically
• Prepare detailed, accurate claim reports and recommendations for claim resolution
• Communicate claim status and next steps to policyholders in a clear, professional manner
• Collaborate with internal adjusters, appraisers, and third-party vendors as needed
• Maintain organized records and meet all filing deadlines and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework or associate degree valued
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for extensive field travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional manner and genuine empathy when working with customers facing losses
• Willingness to travel throughout Corona and Riverside County
