About the Role
The Customer Care Specialist delivers responsive support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction with our pharmacy benefit services. Based in the Orlando area, you'll be instrumental in supporting customer needs and building relationships that drive loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly, determining appropriate escalation when needed
- Document customer interactions accurately in our systems, maintaining complete and detailed records
- Maintain detailed account information to provide consistent and well-informed support
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive customer solutions
- Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Support customer retention and satisfaction through attentive, responsive care
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or customer care
- Ability to solve problems independently and handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Must be based in or near Orlando, Florida
- Full-time availability
