What You'll Do

• Manage revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and financial performance across revenue streams
• Lead a finance team, mentoring professionals and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Develop and execute financial plans aligned with Avis Budget Group's strategic goals
• Analyze market trends, operational metrics, and competitive dynamics to inform revenue optimization
• Prepare financial reports and present insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Ensure financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness across revenue management functions

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of finance, accounting, or financial management experience, preferably in revenue management or operations
• Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or equivalent financial credential) or equivalent industry experience
• Proven track record leading finance teams and managing P&L responsibility
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to influence cross-functional leaders
• Deep understanding of revenue management, pricing, or financial operations
• Commitment to integrity, ownership, and driving continuous improvement
