Sr. Finance Manager, FP&A & Business Partner

Triumph Financial Services is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A and business partnership initiatives from our Dallas, Texas office. This is a full-time role where you'll drive financial strategy and partner closely with operating leaders to deliver measurable business results.

About the Role

As Senior Finance Manager of FP&A and Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to the organization. You'll build financial models and forecasts, analyze business performance, and provide strategic recommendations that shape company direction and resource allocation. This role bridges finance and operations, requiring both analytical rigor and collaborative leadership to influence business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis models, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Partner with business unit leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and track performance against targets
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance and key business drivers
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting and presentations for leadership team reviews
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
• Support capital allocation decisions and business case development for strategic initiatives
• Collaborate across finance, operations, and strategy functions to ensure alignment on business priorities

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in FP&A, business analysis, or financial planning roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• CPA, CFA, or FP&A certification preferred
• Banking or financial services industry experience valued
