About the Role

As Director of Deal Management & Program Strategy, you'll oversee the governance and execution of Oracle's highest-impact cloud opportunities. This leadership role operates at the critical intersection of Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal—requiring you to architect sophisticated deal structures, navigate complex stakeholder interests, and ensure successful outcomes for enterprise-scale engagements. You'll establish frameworks and methodologies that enable Oracle to win and deliver on its most challenging cloud initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the structuring, negotiation, and governance of complex cloud deals and programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning sales, finance, product, engineering, operations, and legal to align on strategy and execution
• Develop and maintain program methodologies that ensure consistent delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Assess strategic opportunities, evaluate commercial viability, and identify risk factors that impact deal success
• Manage escalations and resolve complex issues that arise during program execution
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in deal management, program strategy, or related roles at the director level
