About the Role
In this position, you will drive the strategic direction and end-to-end implementation of inbound logistics technology platforms, ensuring alignment between product strategy, technical architecture, and operational excellence. You'll own the design governance framework and lead cross-functional teams through complex delivery initiatives that directly impact our global supply chain efficiency and performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive technical strategy and architecture roadmaps for inbound distribution and warehouse management systems, particularly within Oracle EBS environments
- Collaborate with product management teams to translate business vision into actionable technical requirements and specifications
- Lead stakeholder alignment across Product Managers, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Developers, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Establish and enforce design governance standards that balance innovation with operational stability and compliance
- Guide end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements, from strategic planning through production deployment
- Build organizational capability and mentor technical teams in inbound logistics optimization and WMS best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise architecting and leading Oracle EBS implementations, particularly WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) modules
- Deep experience in inbound logistics, procurement processes, or supply chain technology platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong track record leading cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and operations stakeholders
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical capability; comfort operating across business and technical domains
- Experience defining technical standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks at enterprise scale
