About the Role

As a Travel Physical Therapist with Aya Healthcare in Loudoun County, you'll deliver direct patient care in a predictable, day-shift schedule that maintains work-life balance. This travel PT position leverages your skills across varied patient populations while offering unlimited continuing education units (CEUs) through MedBridge to support your professional development and licensure maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions using evidence-based therapy techniques
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and established clinical protocols
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training with accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and prevent recurrence
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist license in Virginia (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Proven clinical experience evaluating and treating diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments and work both independently and collaboratively
