About the Role

This flexible, part-time position focuses on delivering GED instruction and developing curriculum for adult learners in our community. Compensated at $28.00 per hour, the role involves approximately 5 hours weekly of direct classroom instruction and 2 hours dedicated to lesson planning and instructional preparation.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging GED instruction to adult learners in classroom or small-group settings
• Develop and refine lesson plans aligned with GED content standards and learning objectives
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Maintain student records, including attendance and achievement documentation
• Collaborate with education colleagues to support learner success and outcomes
