About This Position

As a Team Member at our Jonesboro drive-in, you'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen and counter running smoothly. This is a full-time position where you'll rotate through multiple stations, developing skills across grill operation, deep fry preparation, and direct customer interaction. You'll work alongside a dedicated team focused on making every order right and every guest visit memorable.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate grill equipment to prepare made-to-order burgers, hot dogs, and specialty sandwiches to exact specifications
• Manage fryer stations, preparing crispy fries, chicken, and other fried items while maintaining quality and food safety standards
• Take orders, handle payments, and deliver friendly, efficient service at the counter and drive-through window
• Assemble orders accurately and promptly, ensuring hot food reaches guests at peak temperature
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and follow all health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize orders during peak service times
