Role Overview

As Staffing & Operations Coordinator at Concerto Renal Services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining an engaged, well-staffed team. Working in our Lincolnwood facility, you'll bridge staffing needs with operational requirements, supporting both clinical and administrative teams in delivering quality patient care in the renal services field.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules and manage shift coverage to meet facility needs
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing and operations
• Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to align operational priorities
• Assist with facility scheduling, supply coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks
• Support staff retention and employee engagement initiatives
