Role Overview

We're hiring an Assistant Teacher for our King of Prussia location to support our afternoon program running 3:00pm to 6:00pm. In this part-time role, you'll contribute to a dynamic classroom where students explore, create, and grow. You'll have the opportunity to design engaging learning experiences alongside our lead teachers and make a meaningful impact on young minds during their formative years.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and facilitate hands-on learning activities with creative freedom in curriculum design
• Provide individualized support to students during afternoon instruction and activities
• Organize and maintain classroom learning materials and educational spaces
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate progress and observations with classroom leadership and families
• Contribute ideas to enhance our educational programming and student experiences
