About the Role

As a Club Maintenance Staff member, you will be the go‑to person for keeping the club’s spaces and assets in top condition. You’ll work closely with various departments to address maintenance needs quickly while adhering to established procedures that protect member satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment, fixtures, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance work orders from all departments, completing repairs in a timely manner.
• Follow the club’s standard operating procedures for safety, quality, and documentation.
• Assist with minor renovations, upgrades, and special projects to enhance member experience.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service intervals.
• Communicate progress and any emerging issues to supervisors and relevant team members.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage spaces.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and common trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks correctly the first time.
• Good physical stamina; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work a part‑time schedule that may include evenings or weekends as needed.
