Staff Attorney

Youngwilliams Pc is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its team in Norfolk, Madison County, Nebraska.

What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
• Provide counsel to clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution
• Represent the firm in administrative hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings as needed
• Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and support staff
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs offered by the firm

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active Nebraska bar admission (Nebraska residents only)
• Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics
• Familiarity with legal research platforms and case management software
