In this full-time role, you'll lead the negotiation, oversight, and strategic development of clinical vendor relationships and partnerships that enable our mission to transform rare disease care through innovative therapeutics.

About the Role

This leadership position manages the complete vendor contract lifecycle and clinical alliances that fuel our development pipeline. You'll partner across clinical operations, regulatory affairs, legal, and business functions to structure complex agreements, ensure compliance, and build partnerships that accelerate breakthrough treatments to patients in need.

What You'll Do

• Oversee negotiation and execution of clinical vendor contracts, ensuring regulatory alignment and strategic value
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with contract research organizations, manufacturers, and clinical partners
• Establish vendor performance standards and monitor compliance, quality, and operational metrics
• Lead teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities
• Structure and manage complex agreements that balance clinical, regulatory, financial, and operational considerations
• Address vendor issues proactively and resolve disputes to maintain productive partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing clinical vendor contracts or strategic alliances in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organizations
• Deep familiarity with clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
• Demonstrated mastery in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management at a senior level
• Strong leadership capability with experience building and motivating cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
