About the Role
All4 is growing its environmental consulting practice and seeks a seasoned professional to manage air quality initiatives and related environmental media projects throughout the Gulf Coast. As a Managing Consultant, you'll oversee complex assignments, mentor junior staff, and drive client success in a region where environmental expertise directly shapes industrial operations and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead air quality studies, assessments, and modeling for industrial clients in the Gulf Coast petrochemical sector
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and establish client relationships across the region
- Conduct environmental compliance evaluations and prepare technical reports for regulatory agencies
- Provide technical guidance on air permitting, emissions inventory, and environmental impact analysis
- Mentor and develop junior consultants while maintaining technical quality standards
- Coordinate with state and federal environmental agencies on complex permitting matters
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in air quality consulting or environmental engineering in industrial settings
- Strong technical knowledge across air quality, water quality, or other environmental media
- Demonstrated success managing consulting projects and client relationships
