About the Role

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician with DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company, you'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout Coatesville and Chester County. This is a hands-on position where your technical skills and attention to detail make a direct impact on customer comfort and system reliability.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
• Perform routine maintenance such as filter changes, coil cleaning, system calibration, and performance testing
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components
• Document completed work and communicate clearly with customers about system condition and maintenance recommendations
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards
