LifeStance Health is hiring full-time licensed mental health therapists for a fully remote role serving clients in the Tustin, California area. We're seeking LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC credentialed clinicians who are committed to evidence-based treatment and building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
About the Role

What You'll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, applying clinical expertise to address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns

- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and case notes in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and interdisciplinary care teams to support comprehensive client outcomes
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as indicated
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous professional development
What We're Looking For
- Active license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in your state
- Demonstrated experience providing individual psychotherapy or counseling
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-directed time management
- Commitment to cultural competence and client-centered care
- Reliable technology setup and quiet workspace for confidential sessions
