About the Role

As Concessions Supervisor, you'll lead day-to-day food and beverage service at Nissan Stadium, one of Nashville's premier sports and entertainment destinations. This full-time position based in Nashville puts you in charge of operations during Titans home games and other major events, managing both staff and guest experiences in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee concession staff scheduling, training, and daily performance during games and events
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards across all concession areas
• Manage inventory, purchasing decisions, and stock control to optimize operations
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash reconciliation
• Address customer concerns and maintain high service standards
• Coordinate with event management to meet demand projections and staffing levels
• Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
• Monitor team compliance with safety protocols and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Prior supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or venue operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health code requirements
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure settings
