About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager at our Van Alstyne location, you'll partner with the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly, maintain company standards, and build a strong team culture. What You'll Do
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reporting
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Train, supervise, and coach store team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and maintain store organization
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a secure shopping environment
- Assist with scheduling, merchandising strategies, and performance management
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on meeting operational and sales goals

- High school diploma or GED
- Retail or supervisory experience a plus
- Strong leadership and communication abilities

- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical capability to lift, stand, and move throughout your shift
