About the Role

As a Wealth Financial Advisor at Corebridge Financial, you'll work directly with high-net-worth individuals and families to develop and implement personalized financial strategies. This role combines relationship management with investment expertise, allowing you to make a tangible impact on clients' long-term financial success and generational wealth planning goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and develop customized wealth management plans tailored to client objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities for new business within the Kansas City region
• Manage diversified investment portfolios, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
• Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, and performance reporting
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies and wealth transfer planning
• Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial products
• Collaborate with estate planning professionals, accountants, and legal advisors on complex client situations

What We're Looking For

• Series 7 and Series 65 licenses (or equivalent securities registrations) required
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related roles
• Proven track record managing client portfolios and building advisory relationships
• Strong understanding of investment vehicles, portfolio construction, and risk management
• CFP® or CFA® designation strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment
