About the Role

As Territory Business Manager, you'll drive market expansion and revenue growth for argenx within your assigned territory. This full-time, on-site position based in Green Bay, Brown County offers the opportunity to develop strategic relationships with healthcare providers and support the adoption of our differentiated medicines. You'll be instrumental in expanding patient access to our pipeline of therapies designed to help those living with severe autoimmune diseases reclaim their independence.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain deep relationships with physicians, hospital systems, and key healthcare decision-makers throughout your territory
• Educate healthcare professionals about argenx's clinical pipeline and approved treatments, including our first-in-class neonatal Fc receptor blocker therapies
• Develop and execute territory business plans to drive adoption and market penetration
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and territory performance metrics
• Provide healthcare providers and their clinical teams with resources and clinical support
• Support cross-functional initiatives that expand access to our innovative medicines
• Represent argenx at medical conferences, healthcare events, and community forums

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare business development
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Ability to learn complex immunology and articulate clinical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Self-directed, results-focused professional with strong organizational skills
• Comfort with regular travel throughout your territory and industry event attendance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
