Vice President Managed Accounts & Securities Operations

Primerica is seeking a Vice President of Managed Accounts & Securities Operations in Duluth to lead a critical function within our organization. This is a full-time opportunity to drive operational excellence, compliance, and client success in our securities and managed accounts division.

About the Role

As Vice President of Managed Accounts & Securities Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of securities processing, account administration, and operational compliance. You will direct teams responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring regulatory adherence, and maintaining the operational infrastructure that supports our product lines. This leadership position shapes how efficiently and accurately we serve our clients while positioning the business for sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop operations teams focused on securities processing and managed account administration
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards across all operational functions
• Oversee client account management and service delivery to drive satisfaction and retention
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across the division
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and technology teams to enhance service capabilities
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development for the operations function

• Extensive experience in securities operations, managed accounts administration, or financial services operations management
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of securities regulations, compliance, and operational risk management
