• Collaborate across technical and service teams to ensure clients receive seamless, high-impact solutions
• Track engagement metrics and communicate progress on client goals through regular business reviews
• Champion a customer-centric approach that turns client challenges into opportunities for innovation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in client account management, relationship management, or customer success roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Demonstrated capability to understand technology solutions and translate them for business impact
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Candidates with background or connections to the Boston metro area and surrounding regions (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut) are preferred
