Intecrowd is hiring a Workday Senior Certified Financials Consultant, Procure to Pay. This is a full-time position in the United States for an experienced consultant who excels at leading complex financial system implementations and guiding organizations through their Workday transformation journey.

About the Role

As a Senior Certified Financials Consultant focused on Procure to Pay functionality, you'll drive end-to-end implementation strategies for enterprise clients deploying Workday. You'll combine deep Procure to Pay expertise with proven ability to design efficient integration architecture, lead configuration efforts, and ensure successful system adoption across client organizations.

What You'll Do

• Lead Procure to Pay module configuration and implementation across Workday deployments
• Design and validate integration strategies aligned with client business requirements and best practices
• Develop and execute rapid deployment plans to accelerate client time-to-value
• Mentor junior team members and share Workday expertise across multiple engagement phases
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical Workday solutions
• Oversee integration testing, system validation, and cutover activities
• Deliver training and change management support to end-users during implementation go-live
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations for ongoing system performance

What We're Looking For

• Workday Certified Financials Consultant certification (Procure to Pay specialty)
• Significant Workday implementation experience, with expertise in Procure to Pay modules
• Proven ability to lead large-scale financial system implementations
• Strong understanding of supply chain, sourcing, and procurement processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and leading implementation teams
• Knowledge of system integration design and technical architecture
