About the Role

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot system failures and implement corrective solutions quickly and safely
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance projects and schedules
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar hands-on technical role
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical/electronic systems and equipment repair
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic
- Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus
