Oracle Services – NetSuite Finance/SCM Senior Manager- Tech Consulting – Open Location

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Oracle Services focused on NetSuite implementations to join our Tech Consulting practice in Tucson, Arizona. This is a full-time position leading enterprise finance and supply chain management transformations for clients across the country.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager on our Oracle Services team, you'll lead complex NetSuite implementations that drive real business impact for mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll manage cross-functional consulting teams through all phases of finance and supply chain modernization, from discovery and design through deployment and optimization. Your expertise in NetSuite architecture, combined with strong client leadership, will position you as a trusted advisor navigating critical business transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Direct full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, with primary focus on financial management and supply chain management modules
• Build and mentor consulting teams, developing junior resources while maintaining project delivery excellence
• Partner with clients to define business requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption of NetSuite capabilities
• Manage project scope, timeline, and resource allocation to deliver successful outcomes on schedule and within budget
• Identify optimization opportunities and recommend best-practice configurations aligned with client strategy
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical and functional challenges during implementations

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience implementing and optimizing Oracle NetSuite, particularly in finance and supply chain domains
• Proven ability to lead teams in a consulting environment and mentor professional staff
• Deep functional knowledge of financial management processes, accounting, and supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and client management capabilities across all organizational levels
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase implementations in a professional services setting
