About the Role
This extended substitute assignment places you as the primary reading instructor in an elementary setting where you'll build foundational literacy skills and foster a classroom where all students can succeed. What You'll Do
- Teach reading and basic skills instruction to kindergarten through sixth-grade students
- Deliver English and Spanish language support to bilingual learners

What We're Looking For
- Valid Minnesota K-12 Reading License, or K-6 Elementary Education licensure
- Experience teaching reading instruction or literacy intervention in elementary classrooms
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of reading science, phonics, assessment, and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
- Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to supporting student success
