About the Role

As a Senior Associate in our Recruiting department, you'll own the complete candidate experience for Card Business Analyst positions across Capital One. This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll partner directly with hiring managers, source top-tier talent, and shepherd candidates through every stage of the hiring process. You'll be instrumental in building a world-class team while embodying Capital One's culture of innovation and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Source, identify, and actively recruit Card Business Analyst candidates through networking, job boards, and professional channels
• Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand team needs and talent gaps
• Manage the full recruiting pipeline from initial outreach through offer stage
• Provide candidates with a positive, transparent, and timely hiring experience
• Track recruiting metrics and contribute to process improvements that strengthen our talent acquisition strategy
• Represent Capital One's employer brand at recruiting events and through professional networks

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in technical or business analyst hiring
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with both candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Understanding of Card Business Analyst or similar analytical business roles is a plus
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and building inclusive teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
