We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented office manager to join our team and support our food and nutrition department. You'll coordinate between housekeeping, laundry processing, patient transportation, and food service operations—ensuring every team has the administrative support and clarity needed to deliver excellent service to patients and staff.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily administrative operations for the hospital's food and nutrition department
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource planning across multiple support service teams
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Serve as a primary communication point between food and nutrition leadership and frontline staff
• Support operational efficiency and track key performance metrics
• Assist with inventory management, budget tracking, and cost control initiatives
• Help identify and resolve operational challenges in a healthcare setting
