What You'll Do
- Lead technical teams during data center deployments and site installations
- Manage project execution, timelines, and quality standards across customer sites
- Oversee equipment configuration, integration, and system testing
- Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project status and milestones
- Troubleshoot technical issues and make decisions in the field
- Mentor team members and ensure quality execution at every site
What We're Looking For
- Experience in data center operations, infrastructure, or technical field leadership
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
- Problem-solving ability and comfort working in dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across the country
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to project locations
