What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with precision and speed
- Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized service bay and adhere to safety standards
- Welcome customers, explain services clearly, and answer questions about vehicle care
- Learn Valvoline's service protocols and best practices from experienced team members
- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under vehicles
