What You'll Do

• List and sell residential properties throughout San Diego County
• Counsel buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies
• Manage transactions from contract through closing, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and title work
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay current on local market trends, property values, and regulatory changes
• Leverage Coldwell Banker's digital marketing, CRM, and transaction platforms
• Collaborate with agents, brokers, and industry partners in the San Diego real estate market

What We're Looking For

• Current California real estate license or commitment to obtain one promptly if unlicensed
• Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and serving clients
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and drive to succeed
• Professional communication and negotiation skills
