About the Role

As our Service Advisor at Fowler Toyota Norman, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our service team. This is a full-time position where you'll combine strong interpersonal skills with automotive service knowledge to help customers understand their vehicle maintenance needs and feel confident in the services we provide.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs with a consultative approach
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer intake and documentation
• Explain maintenance and repair services in clear, accessible language
• Coordinate seamlessly between customers and technicians to ensure quality outcomes
• Address customer questions about vehicle care, warranties, and service options
• Follow up with customers on service progress and completion
• Process billing, payments, and maintain accurate service records
