About the Role

This full-time GRNA position offers the opportunity to develop core competencies in anesthesia administration across a comprehensive range of surgical, obstetrical, and diagnostic procedures. You'll work collaboratively with experienced anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams, applying both general and regional anesthesia techniques while gaining hands-on clinical experience. Your work will directly impact patient safety and surgical outcomes in a dynamic, multi-specialty environment serving patients across the entire age spectrum.

What You'll Do

• Administer general and regional anesthesia under direct physician anesthesiologist supervision for surgical, obstetrical, and other clinical procedures
• Monitor and interpret patient physiological responses, vital signs, and anesthetic depth throughout procedures
• Prepare, test, and maintain anesthesia delivery systems, monitors, and emergency equipment according to departmental protocols
• Manage anesthesia medications and supplies, maintaining accuracy and compliance with hospital standards
• Provide anesthesia care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across multiple surgical specialties
• Document anesthetic management thoroughly and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes and safety

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current California RN licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Commitment to pursuing CRNA certification
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented approach to patient monitoring and documentation
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills
• Dedication to patient safety and evidence-based clinical practice
