Cayuse Technologies is hiring an Operations Center Watch Officer IV to deliver essential security oversight and operational coordination at our Blackstone, Virginia facility. In this full-time position, you will provide critical support to protect our training operations and the instructors, students, and visitors who rely on our facility.

About the Role

The Operations Center Watch Officer IV serves as a senior security and operations professional, responsible for monitoring facility conditions, coordinating daily operational activities, and ensuring effective communication across all units. This position requires strategic oversight, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to respond decisively to operational and security needs.

What You'll Do

• Monitor security systems, access points, and facility spaces to maintain comprehensive facility security and visitor safety
• Coordinate daily operations and communications across all training units and facility departments
• Respond to operational requests, incidents, and emergencies with appropriate judgment and established protocols
• Manage access control, credentialing, and visitor protocols in alignment with facility security standards
• Document operational activities, security events, and communications in detailed records and logs
• Oversee and coordinate with operational staff to ensure efficient facility management and regulatory compliance
• Execute emergency response procedures and lead coordination efforts during critical incidents

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance (required)
• Demonstrated experience in operations management, security oversight, or facility management at a supervisory level
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams
